Following is the tested methods for Huawei P7, for upgrading to Android Lollipop (5.1.1).4. It can be used for other android versions (Prefer to check the respective official manuals).GENERAL PREPARATIONS:Besides, above following things to be check in first before starting:1.
Battery should be charge up to 75%.2. Must have fully downloaded firmware.

Unzip it and find the “UPDATE.APP” firmware in folder.4. Connect the mobile phone with PC/Laptop and copy the downloaded firmware (Downloaded bythe name of “UPDATE.APP”) in SD card by creating a folder of “dload” in it.a. Like: SD Card dload UPDATE.APP5. To update softly, go the phone, Settings Update Menu Local Update Confirm Upgrade.6. It will automatically open up the dload folder. Backup data and Confirm it.7. It will ask for permission as it is not an official update.
